When available and approved, payments may be processed through Stripe-hosted invoices. Clients receive payment instructions only after consultation, assessment, scope approval, milestone completion, or another agreed billing arrangement. The company does not operate a marketplace, payment facilitator, escrow service, money transmitter, stored-value product, crypto service, investment service, or financial service.
Card Data Handling
Card data is handled by the payment processor when a Stripe-hosted invoice or other approved payment method is used. YellowStone River Digital LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Clients should never send payment card numbers through email, contact forms, chat, or public support channels.
Invoice Verification
Clients should verify invoice details before paying, including the business name, service description, billing amount, currency, due date, and any referenced scope or milestone. If an invoice looks unexpected, contact billing before payment.
Payment and Compliance Review
YellowStone River Digital LLC may refuse to issue an invoice, accept a payment, continue work, or deliver services when payment processor rules, banking rules, sanctions, export controls, restricted party concerns, provider rules, legal concerns, security concerns, or abuse concerns exist.
Third-Party Infrastructure Costs
Third-party infrastructure costs, including VPS, cloud, domain, hosting, software, licensing, backup, monitoring, and email services, are normally billed directly by the third-party provider to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. YellowStone River Digital LLC does not sell, lease, resell, or provide infrastructure as a standalone hosting service.

Service Issues Affecting Billing

Fraud, Impersonation, and Abuse
If a client or third party suspects fraud, impersonation, infrastructure abuse, suspicious activity, or suspicious use of the company name, contact abuse@yellowstoneriverdigital.com.
Website Delivery and Cloudflare
The public website is served through Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS, CDN performance, and edge-level security. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website, while payment card processing is handled by the payment processor when an approved payment method is used.
